All work is custom coded. We construct layouts based on details confirmed in writing. Any adjustments or deviations requested after coding parameters are signed off may incur additional service charges.
Standard project agreements require a 50% initial retainer deposit before wireframe development begins. The final 50% balance must be settled upon project sign-off and before we move database files or transfer ownership keys to the live production server.
Upon full payment of the project invoice, all custom HTML, CSS, JavaScript, database configurations, and graphic elements belong entirely to the client. Website Masters retains the right to display design screenshots within our portfolio database for promotional activities.
Website Masters is not responsible for data loss, server downtimes, or ranking changes occurring due to modifications made by third-party plugins, server hosts, or client employees after the project deployment.
