Website Masters delivers custom-designed wireframes and custom-coded files. Because every line of code is custom and developer resources are scheduled immediately upon retainer, we operate under the following refund and cancellation protocols.
If you cancel your web project within 48 hours of initial retainer payment and before we schedule our Figma UI design sessions, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the deposit amount.
Once UI design mockups have been generated and revision loop feedback has commenced, the retainer deposit becomes non-refundable. This covers the creative hours and layouts delivered up to that point.
Once front-end coding or WordPress theme development has begun, no refunds can be processed under any circumstances. Upon final project settlement and delivery of database keys or file copies to your server, all transactions are final.
Monthly support plans can be cancelled at any time. We do not provide prorated refunds for partially utilized months. Cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle.
